Mesh: 12 steps to achieving reliability from data

Mesh is a Living RCM (LRCM) knowledge management system. It interfaces with the EAM in order to achieve two principal objectives:

  1. Ensure systematic knowledge update whenever a technician encounters divergence between the RCM analysis and an observed failure behavior, and,
  2. Ensure 100% accurate transcription of the failure mode instance and its ending event into the EAM, required for subsequent reliability analysis (RA).

Once Mesh has been set up to work with your EAM you may use these 12 steps (slide presentations) as a guide for achieving reliability from data.

5 Feed back a living RCM knowledge recommendation

6 Accept feedback and update living RCM knowledge base

7 Consult the living RCM knowledge trail

8 Consult the living RCM dashboard

9 Extract a sample for reliability analysis

10 Perform reliability analysis and CBM decision modeling

11 Implement decision agent

12 Verify and continuously improve the decision model
